We went there for a nice family dinner. The food is great. There buffalo ranch chicken sandwich is amazing. Spicy like its suppose to be. While the kids portions are pretty small it still taste good.
Everything you expect at a Big Boy restaurant. Consistent menu with great local people who work here. This location retained several employees for the many years I have dined here.
Why eat a big Mac when you can get the original big boy that tastes way way way better...Orion rings... chocolate shake, need I say more
Great food prepared by the kitchen, great service provided by a very friendly staff, really clean facilities (window sills, light fixtures, restrooms, tables/benches, and condiments), including an immaculate salad bar fully-stocked with fresh goods less than an hour before closing. Hats off to the management and owners. We will be patrons of the Alpena Big Boy again and again.
