Went there served me raw food and waited 50 min for a burger i never got because i walked out after they spilled a hot desert on my wife. So ill never set foot in a applebees anywhere ever.if there was a choice for no stars thats what i would give you
Something has changed. Terrible service, an hour wait for food, and the manager didn't care! We ordered iced tea and our server brought us ice in one glass and tea in another. REALLY!!!! We waited almost an hour for our dinner with NO apology or assistance from our server. We had to ask him where our food was. I talked to the manager about the problems and she just comped our appetizer. REALLY!!! I didn't come there to not pay. All I can say is that I won't be going back!!!
Service and quality has definitely improved over the years!
Cozy atmosphere (especially for sports fans!) and pretty fast service, even during lunchtime hours. I totally recommend their sweet potato mash!
Service was ok, nothing bad, and nothing excellent. The food was great though. Overall, there are definitely better places to eat in town.
Sometimes however, the waitresses seem a little too attentive. If you're having a private moment this may be bothersome.
Servicer was good. Stir fry sauce s on the sweet side. Problem was side salad brought to table and then 2 minutes later our meals came out. Could have been better timed. Restaurant clean and comfortable. No wait for seating
Other than that, every time I've been here was great.
