The seats in this theatre are terrible. If your want people to spend money here you have to make it a pleasurable experience. The old lady that works there, is never nice to people. I don't think she knows what a smile is. I don't spend my money there very much anymore. Only if there is a really awesome movie on. I would rather wait till it comes out on Netflix.,

Expensive entertainment. Tickets for me and my 4-year-old plus popcorn and one drink set me back $30. I should have went on bargain Tuesday, if that's even a thing anymore now that AMC owns the theater. Restrooms are usable but are on the edge of disgusting. The movie was awesome, though!
Alpena movie options are slim, both theaters have bad seating and major over pricing. However they are the only places to go see a movie.
Theatre was dirty, sold us coke that was flat. Popcorn was awful would not go back to this theatre.
