That evening we were back at the cottage putting everything away before we left, and discovered we had left one load in one of the dryers. I called the owner's cell phone, and even though they were closed, he met me there to check the back room for our missing laundry. Not only was it there, but the person who had been on duty had folded everything so it didn't get wrinkled.
I would give them SIX stars if I could.

A great business! Our cottage does not have a washer/dryer, so we went into Alpena to wash a lot of items before we went home. They have a great selection of washers from small to HUGE, and the same for dryers. The prices are very fair.
