The washers were ok. But the people are rude and unfriendly and think they need to micro manage how you do your laundry. I was traveling and needed to do laundry.
Someone needs to shut this place down for good. Jerks.
I had a lot of laundry due to our washer pump went and my husband had been down state in the hospital and we're a family of 4. The owners "welcomed" me by asking me why I had so much laundry so I explained why. Then they asked what type of laundry so again I explained that we had clothes, bedding and some doggie blankets ( just regular old blankets for the dogs to sleep on one being heavy like comforter). Then the two stood close watching and telling me what washer I need to use. I explained I prefer the top loads for my clothes and would put the blankets and bedding into the large front loaders. Please keep in mind I was not overstuffing the washers! I was leaving a generous amount of room so my clothes would get properly get cleaned. The woman instisted on helping me stuff washers by moving my stuff to other washers then I tried to explain I was sorting things and would rather do it myself. She walked away to go talk to the man (I assume they're husband and wife) they whispered back and forth for a short period then he came over to the 5 load machine and very rudely told me I couldn't wash my big doggie blanket in those machines because it'd be too heavy "those blankets are water soakers" he said. I tried to show him there was plenty of room and I didn't understand because these are 5 load machines. He continued to be rude then raising his voice when told him I would take my business somewhere else because I'd hate to ruin his machines. My 18 year old daughter and myself were the only people in there you would think they would've wanted my money. As I was packing up all my laundry he went through and opened all my washers and said a few cuss words while doing it. I had all $50 worth of laundry in washers ready to be started but because I felt uncomfortable and was treated dumb and disrespectful I choose to bag it all up and go somewhere else. I wish I would have read these reviews before going there it would have saved me a lot time. I ended going to Ton of Suds and they were very busy but I understand why their staff is very understanding, polite, welcoming and helpful.
Rude as hell people. They stare at you, go through your clothes if you leave, take things out of the washer, won't let you wash things, and call you names! They are also extremely rude to children!
Stopped by mid afternoon to do wash and as I was walking in they said, we are closing. Posted time said 4 hours later....
DO NOT GO HERE!
Later that week ..... Rudest owners EVER. Machines don't spin correctly and when asked they said that's what I get.
I was treated very disrespectful when visiting this laundromat!
