Just wanted to give a good review for the Car Care employees! They sure did pick a good name for their shop because they truly do care about making sure your car is running properly Most importantly is the way they treat their consumers! My father has taken the family vehicles there and never been disappointed. He has entrusted them with my vehicle and my sons as well, and we have been very pleased. took my car here a while back, they replaced the muffler and the catalytic converter, at a good price, and it sounded good i was happy. later, since i was pleased, i took it to them to fix my window that would grind and not come up. they fixed it but screwed up my door in the process, and when i took it back they claimed no responsibility and refused to even look at it without payment. because of this i hated them and havent been back since. now, im a little more into automotive work and am under my car to do some work, and instead of using exhaust clamps alpena car care welded my entire exhaust so only a professional shop, or somebody with a cutting torch, can do anything. now pissed again i have brought you this review as a hope that you will look a little bit more readily before settling on them.
