Cocky, difficult, rude - Does whatever possible to avoid honoring warranty.
I needed a headlight for my car. In the past they have installed all my headlight, this day the guy wouldn't install it for me. The bulb he said I needed was only available in a 2-pack, so I paid double. When I found a friend to install it, it was the wrong headlight, so I had to return it. Very frustrating!
Always great service with quality parts
Clean and staff is knowledgeable. They also have tools for rent that other parts stores seem to not have.
The staff is ok depending on who it is some of them should not work in a parts store at all
