Mark Kraft is a low-life criminal and if he hasn't skipped town, should be sent to jail for taking money without fulfilling his responsibilities

Well my experience was completely different. Mark Kraft would only confirm my booking for 17 college students after he received ALL the money. The drivers were wonderful, but at 1AM in the Detroit airport, our driver came to me and said that the company had gone out of business and that Mark Kraft was going to leave us in Detroit (THREE HOURS AWAY FROM HOME) with no back up plan. Luckily we had a great driver who took his own time and $ to come get us make sure we got home.
