Had issues in the past with a single uncooperative employee, never had any issues with the staff since. State-issued red tape aside it's always a pleasant visit.

Employees seem confused and ALWAYS mess something up.
The hold time on this contact phone number is 30 mins before you even get to talk to a real person! Not a good thing if you just have a simple question and the information is not on the site. What happened to having contact phone numbers for the individual offices? Not happy with the phone call at all
