Correct way to answer a phone.... "Good morning how can we help you today..." NOT and interrogation about who's calling, where are you from, and what do you want like your bothering them ....
Seriously the rudest people I have talked with on the phone in a long time. The person who answers the phones should NOT be in public relations what so ever.
