There are a number of good sellers on ebay etc. why support these guys?

2. Items are misrepresented: sold a router with a case from circular saw with circular saw accessories. it was presented as "a router kit".
Super friendly well reached amazing people to work with
1. Shipping adds about 33% to the cost of the item (on top of action fee).
3. Non-responsive; sent two email asking to solve a problem, no response.
They had tech difficulties and closed early before I arrived to pick up. After hearing the situation Mr pace is shipping my items to me. much appreciated, He is a stand up guy. Cant thank him enough.
Excellent service!! My father passed away and we are selling a lifetime of collectibles, furniture and other valuables. Bill and his crew bent over backwards to accommodate us. And I believe we have made much more than we would have with one of the quick estate sale services. And they take a higher percent and are not nearly as friendly. I can't recommend Pace & Hong Auctions highly enough. You won't be disappointed!!
