I was charged extra to pick up my package from their store even though their website said I would not be charged. The guy said that they don't work with UPS and can charge whatever they want. He is obviously doing it to get some extra money and it is completely dishonest.
Their website says that they're open on Saturday from 9am-230pm. But, when you drive an hour to get there, they're closed!
I am so SICK and tired of making to this store WAY before they close, only to find them CLOSED!!! What is the point of having hours if you aren't there until closing time? This is beyond frustrating!! The last 6 times I have been there before closing (by at least 15 minutes, and sometimes as far as an hour before), and they are all closed up and gone. This place is horrible.
