Poor. Got an email notice of reward coupon. Was told it expired. No expiration date on $10.00 reward. Disappointing.
Id give a zero. Maybe your store needs to hire people who are more compassionate. A friend was called fat by one of your associates. Wow. Just wow... the woman you called fat is a hard working member of EMS and a pastor's wife. Shame on you for the insensitive people you hire. We can't all be size 0-6.

Our local JCPenney store is amazing in customer service. I would have given it 3 stars due to the limited space and essentially the availability of commodities but, the extremely overwhelming hospitality when you walk through the store definitely put it on the next level. Great job making your customers feel at home!
