Very pleased with the attentiveness and courtesy of the associates. The price for an oil change, tire rotation, and car wash included was very reasonable. My salesmen who sold me our new truck (not the vehicle we had oil changed) stopped by to say hello and chat and took the time to show me how to operate some more of the features on my new truck that I was still unfamiliar with. Anschuetz is definitely our dealership now and in the future.

Went in for my recall on my airbags, they had my car for 7 hours. When I got my car back the radio didn’t work the dimmer on the inside didn’t work and I had scraps on my dashboard. When they were trying to fix my dashboard they accidently cut some wires to the new airbags... they had my car for 3 weeks, got my car back the dimmer still doesn’t work and now there are scratches on my windshield... I don’t even want this car anymore because of how many things they have messed with. I’m going to look at different dealerships tomorrow
