Extremely high fees but good survive
Terrible they lost my paper work the minute they had it then tried to tell me I never turned it in to them, I'v always loved using h n r block but this alpena one is very unprofessional pretty much laughing over the phone at me when of confronted them was a terrible experience would never recommend this h n r block to anyone, save your self the time and money and go somewhere else
